What are your rates?
The studio is $175/day if you are an approved producer/engineer. To get approved, contact Josh. This rate is reserved for those booking more than 3 days
The studio is currently at a discounted $350/day with an engineer. What this usually means is that you will get Josh, the owner, as your engineer, but as the studio is growing we are adding engineers that may be assigned to your project.
These rates are to give you an indication of what things cost per day, but most of the time, we will build custom project rates, including mixing/mastering if you need it. We try to work with everyone’s budgets, so please inquire about your project so we can try to help.

How many days should I book?
Depending on the project, each song is roughly a full day of work with mixing/mastering. We intentionally keep our rates low to encourage booking more days. Rushing a recording process has become a necessity for many commercial studios because of lower budgets, but it often leads to a poor result. Our philosophy is to give a world class studio at an affordable rate so that we can build in the days for creativity, rest, rehearsal, and writing in the studio.
Do you have lodging?
Not currently, but we have partnered with a local Airbnb that is walkable to the studio. Please inquire if you are coming from out of town. It will still likely be cheaper or comparable in price to a similar quality studio in your town.
